Does AtomicHost offer a money-back guarantee?
All our Hosting packages include a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will happily refund your hosting fees in full. Setup and Domain Name Registration fees are non-refundable.
How soon will my account be set up and ready to use?
Your account will usually be available within a few minutes of signing up. Signups during non-business hours will be set up the next business day.
You will receive an email with setup instructions for your website and you can immediately begin uploading your site and setting up your email accounts.
Is my access 24 hours a day?
Yes. You will have access to your account 24 hours a day.
Does AtomicHost offer 24x7 support?
Yes. AtomicHost uses an online Help Desk for all support issues, which is monitored 24x7.
Does AtomicHost offer phone support?
No, we prefer support requests to come through our trouble ticket reporting system for a variety of reasons. First, it provides an audit trail of communication so that all the facts can be passed on to whomever may be working your issue. Second, it allow us to focus on fixing problems instead of answering the phone. Third, the audit trail allows us to objectively review the performance of our support team.
Can AtomicHost register domain names for me?
Yes. Domain name registrations can be added to your account via your control panel.
Does AtomicHost allow adult, warez or other illicit sites or content?
No. Please see our terms and conditions page for permissible and impermissible content.
What is your server environment?
We use brand name, high performance, industrial grade hardware housed in a state of the art data center.
Where are your servers located?
Our data center is located in a multi-tenant Carrier Exchange Building in Silicon Valley, better known as the MAE-West building, which houses major carriers and Tier-1 IP Backbone providers. The building is connected to major internet peering points (MAE-West, MAE-East, PAIX, Equinix, AADS, NYIIX) with redundant OC-48 connections. Our IP transit comprises of major carriers including HE.NET, Worldcomm, Williams, Above.NET, etc. We are connected to each of our upstream IP transit providers via Gigabit fiber backbone; the datacenter has a Gigabit Ethernet primary backbone, each server is connected to the backbone via a fully switched Ethernet port.
What are your Network Connections?
Our data center building is connected to major internet peering points (MAE-West, MAE-East, PAIX, Equinix, AADS, NYIIX) with redundant OC-48 connections. What sort of power system/backup does AtomicHost use?
The power system in the Data Center provides industrial grade, conditioned, multi-grid, redundant power, designed to run the entire data center without interruption. The Datacenter is powered by two independent Power Grids, separate redundant UPS Systems for each power grid, and separate Diesel generators for secondary backup. In case of a power outage, the generators can power the entire datacenter for up to 24 hours with the fuel onsite.
Is the datacenter secure?
The entire datacenter building is a secure, controlled access facility with 24x7x365 manned security. The facility is secured with card key access system, 24-hour video monitoring system with cameras installed in key locations to cover all accessible data center floor space. in addition to the floor access security, all server hardware is locked in a highly secure steel cages.
