Details: I decided to move a rather complicated ASP driven software program to ClickHosting and purchase their shopping cart program (ClickCart) for integration. Not only was my domain transfer swift and painless (not to mention unbelievably priced), but when I encountered some rather serious credit card authorization failures, Leo promptly responded to my questions and worked with me diligently to resolve these issues. He truly went above and beyond--professional, personable and knowledgeable!

Details: Clicktech offered clearly the most options available for the price, and also more options than many more expensive plans! The setup from domain name, email accounts, ftp access, etc. was done super fast, and was made super easy.

Details: I required hosting that enabled me to install an SSL certificate. I was at my wits end with my current hosting provider who only provided shared SSL space which is all but useless if you are trying to set up an e-commerce site. ClickTech provided prompt answers to all my questions before I bought the hosting and the great customer support has continued after sales. I would not hesitate to recommend ClickTech products and services.

Details: I have been with ClickTech for about 2 years now and am a very satisfied customer. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Every emails I send in will get a reply within 8 hours (considering that I am on the other side of the world). The tech support is always pleasant and willing to work with me on any issues that is within their scope. No issues is too small to them. I feel appreciated as a customer. On top of that, I have never experienced downtime on my site, that I am aware of. I think everyone else out there who is looking for a reliable host deserves the superb quality package and service that ClickTech has to offer. It is worth every cent. I highly recommend ClickTech! Details: Making the move from my old hosting provider was a breeze. Any technical questions I had were answered very quickly. Unlike my previous hosting providers ClickTech has an excellent web hosting product at an unbeatable price! For starters the web control panel is VERY professional and easy to use. Others I had used were very poorly designed and only exposed a very limited set of server properties. This was a big selling point for me. Uptime has also been great! I have not had any problems with down time since I signed up. The customer is always well informed of any maintenance to be done. Plus the customer service has been unbeatable. The hosting providers I have dealt with in the past were very difficult to reach and email reply’s came many days later with little regard for my problems. ClickTech has a VERY quick response time and they go the extra mile to make sure your questions are answered and your problems are solved. That is something that has really impressed me! For example I just recently made a couple of special requests regarding my site configuration and they happily made the changes even though they really didn’t have to! After all the time I spent researching/trying different hosting providers I have never found any that even came close to the customer service and value that ClickTech offers.

Fast customer response with email. No downtime in almost 2 years of hosting with them. They are a great place to send your customer with hosting needs. Details: I have hosted my web site with Clicktech for a number of years and have been extremely impressed with the support that I have received over the years (thanks Leo). The 500mb of space and unlimited bandwidth is perfect for my site as I stream a lot of audio and have never noticed any performance issues. Another string to their bow is the fact that Clicktech use the Helm control panel, which has a very clean design and is extremely easy to use. Details: Moved from Brinkster (that really shouldn't be allowed to host anything since they suck. Go everything up and running in no time.Excellent support.My ASP scripts worked immediately (with brinkster it didn't work at all!).The only downfall is that they only give you 1 MySQL database with 50MB. Same for the MS SQL7/2000. There was also a problem with the control panel not being able to make a MS SQL 2000 database so I had to ask support to make one for my account. I might leave Atomic in the long run because I like to be in control 24/7 and If I need to contact support every time I need to setup a MS SQL2000 database it will not work for me. Apparently it's just the server I'm on that doesn't support making the database through the control panel. Besides that I have nothing but positive to say about Atomichost. The only reason I give it a four star is because of the database problem.

Details: Leo and Clicktech/AtomicHost have been by far the best hosting service provider that I have worked with. His immediate support and vast knowledge have had every one of my problems solved in no more than a day. They also offer the most free options on a hosting account that I have seen. SQL Server, MySQL, PHP, ASP, .NET, Visual Studio Web projects, and the list goes on...
